TOTALLY
TONED TRICEPS - This exercise works the backs of
your upper arms and can be done easily with a dumbbell weight
and a chair. Facing the seat of the chair, position your right
foot about five inches in front of your left. With your knees
slightly bent, lean forward, back flat and place your right
hand on the seat of the chair with your arm extended straight.

Holding
the dumbbell in your left hand, palm facing your body,
bend your elbow so it is slightly higher than your back
keeping your arm close to your side. Exhale and slowly
straighten your arm behind you to a full extension. Your
upper arm should not move during this exercise. Hold here
for half a second, and then inhale and release to the
starting position. Do two to three sets of 15 to 20 repetitions
for each arm.
