layers should stay away, while others should use a moisturizer

Body Mud Pack
Yield: 4 ounces, enough for 1 treatment
Ingredients: 1/2 cup powdered clay 1/4 cup spring
water
Directions: Mix the clay and water to form a smooth
paste with a pudding-like consistency. Spread it evenly
over your face and body, using a medium-size paintbrush
or spatula. Wrap up in a large towel or old robe to keep
warm while you allow the mud to dry. After about 20 minutes,
shower with warm water followed by a rinse of cool water.
Pat your skin dry with a towel and moisturize well.
