Sea Mud Body Mask
Yield: 12 ounces, enough for 1 treatment

Ingredients: 1/2 cup powdered clay 1/4 cup powdered kelp 1/2 cup aloe vera gel 1/4 cup seawater (if not available, mix sea salt with distilled water)

Directions: Mix ingredients into a smooth paste. Spread over your face and body. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes. Shower with tepid water and pat dry. Use a rich moisturizer such as cocoa butter, as this treatment can be drying.
