Vitamin
E Also known as Tocopherol, vitamin E is an
oil soluble deep moisturizer capable of neutralizing the destructive
effects of free radicals.
This
is due to its antioxidant properties, according to Cecelia Belasse,
an esthetician at Le Petit Spa, in New York City. "It provides
natural moisture to the skin, heals it, and helps slow down
the aging process," she adds.
